Brucie Pearl Flynn was born December 27, 1904 at Wagersville, Estill County, Kentucky. She was living at Millers Creek, Estill County in 1910 and 1920. She married Chester Arthur Spicer October 26, 1927 in Estill County. She was living at Hamilton, Butler County, Ohio in 1930. She died at Richmond, Madison County, Kentucky March 1, 1997 and is buried in West Irvine Cemetery in Estill County.
