"The Estill County High School Varsity Cheerleaders are state bound once again. After many long practices and lots of hard work, they have once again tumbled, stunted, danced, and cheered their way to another Region 14 title as they defeated the Powell County Pirates in the KAPOS Super Large 2 ½ minute category at the Region 14 Competition on Sunday, Jan.22 at Breathitt County High School. The sea of blue was quite impressive as many parents, grandparents, former cheerleaders, and an awesome student section helped cheer this team on to victory.
