Line 1:
From late 1976 to mid-2020, the Estill County Public Library operated out of a one story brick building funded by state construction money and local tax dollars, and was specifically built for the library. Estill County Public Library had previously operated from a store front location in the business section of downtown, and from locations in the court house and the old county high school building. Estill County Public Library operated from the [[246 Main Street]] location from late 1976 to June of 2020, when the library relocated to a remodeled and expanded building at the former Kroger location at [[184 Broadway Street]].
