A senior attending EKU, KaShara is captain of the nationally ranked EKU dance team, a member and spirit chair of Alpha Delta PI sorority, Kappa Alpha southern belle, the 2011 Miss EKU Sorority, and also maintains a 3.5 GPA.

A 2009 graduate of Estill County High School, KaShara is employed by Laura’s School of Dance in Richmond. She is co-owner of Andy’s Gymnastics in Irvine where she teaches tumbling classes, coaches all-star cheer and dance, and choreographs routines for many cheer and dance teams in and around the area, such as the Cheer Cats All-stars, Richmond All-star Dancers, Model High School Cheer, and Madison Southern High School Dance (who won the choreography award at their nationals)."
